Please be aware that orders or payments can only be cancelled up until provision of Services has commenced. - 13.1 No part of this Website constitutes a contractual offer capable of acceptance. Your order constitutes a contractual offer that We may, at Our sole discretion, accept. Our acceptance is indicated by Us sending to you an order confirmation email. Only once We have sent you an order confirmation email will there be a binding contract between CEO Entrepreneur and you.
- 13.2 Order confirmations under sub-Clause 13.1 will be sent to you before the Services begin and shall contain the following information:

- 13.2.2 Fully itemised pricing for the Services ordered including, where appropriate, taxes, delivery and other additional charges;

If we cannot fulfill your Order within a reasonable period, we will inform you at the time you place the Order by a note on the relevant web page or by contacting you directly after you place your Order. Time is not of the essence of the Contract, which means we will aim to fulfill your Order within any agreed timescales but this is not an essential term of the Contract and we will not be liable to you if we do not do so. If the Services are to begin within 14 calendar days of Our acceptance of your order, at your express request, you will be required to expressly acknowledge that your statutory cancellation rights, detailed below in Clause 14, will be affected.
- 13.6 CEO Entrepreneur shall use all Our reasonable endeavours to provide the Services with reasonable skill and care, commensurate with best trade practice.

- 14.1 Whilst every effort has been made to ensure that all general descriptions of Services available from CEO Entrepreneur correspond to the actual Services that will be provided to you, We are not responsible for any variations from these descriptions as the exact nature of the Services may vary depending on your individual requirements and circumstances. This does not exclude Our liability for mistakes due to negligence on Our part and refers only to variations of the correct Services, not different Services altogether. Please refer to sub-Clause 13.8 for incorrect Services.
- 14.2 Where appropriate, you may be required to select the required Plan of Services.
- 14.3 We neither represent nor warrant that such Services will be available at all times and cannot necessarily confirm availability until confirming your Order. Availability indications are not provided on the Website.
- 14.4 All pricing information on the Website is correct at the time of going online. We reserve the right to change prices and alter or remove any special offers from time to time and as necessary.
- 14.5 In the event that prices are changed during the period between an order being placed for Services and Us processing that order and taking payment, then the price that was valid at the time of the order shall be used.
Firestarter Terms
We’re not big fans of legal mumbo-jumbo (no offence to any lawyers out there!). So, let’s keep this simple. You’re agreeing to join our Firestarter Programme, and by doing so, you’re diving into a pretty awesome experience.
We’re here to welcome you with open arms. We’ll go out of our way to make you feel at home and guide you on how to level up your business.
But here’s the deal—you’re the boss, the captain of your own ship! All decisions are yours and yours alone. CEO Entrepreneur (yep, the whole team and their pets) isn’t responsible or liable for what happens in your business—good, bad, or anything in between—based on what you learn with us or what we advise you to do. Every business is different, so results may vary. We’re here to guide you, but how you apply our strategies is entirely up to you. If your business skyrockets though (which we hope it does!), we’ll be singing your praises and might even ask for that glowing testimonial.
14-Day Guarantee
We’re confident you’re going to love Firestarter, but you’ve got a full 14 days to try it out. If you’re not happy within those first two weeks, just let us know, and we’ll send your money back—no hard feelings.
Once those 14 days are up, though, you’re in it for the full four months. That’s when the magic really happens! No refunds will be available after the two-week mark. But we’re here to support you, so if you hit a rough patch along the way, give us a shout, and we’ll do everything we can to help you have an amazing experience.
Committing to the Full Journey
In the rare cases we’ve agreed to break up the fee into instalments, please remember this is an exception and not a subscription that can be cancelled. The entire programme fee remains due as agreed—even if you decide midway to join the circus instead, take up fishing, or move on to other adventures. Once you’re in, you’re in it for the full experience, and we’re equally committed to supporting you every step of the way.
Doing the Work
To get the most out of this programme, we expect you to roll up your proverbial sleeves and put in the work. While we’ll guide you and give you the tools you need, we won’t be doing the work for you. Just signing up isn’t a magic ticket—you need to show up, follow through, and engage fully. That means putting in the effort, communicating with your coach, and following through on what we discuss during your onboarding call. We’re here rolling up our sleeves right alongside you, but it’s a partnership, and it won’t work unless you put in your part too.
Please Don’t Share
The content, materials, and resources we provide are our intellectual property, so they’re just for you. Please don’t share, teach, or distribute any part of the programme without our permission. This is a safe space for your growth, and we ask that you respect our work and the effort that goes into it.
We Value Your Privacy & Confidentiality
Your data and privacy are important to us. We won’t share any sensitive information without your permission. We’ll always respect your privacy and protect any confidential details.
Case Study
By joining Firestarter, you grant us permission to use any positive results, quotes, or testimonials you provide for our own promotional purposes, such as case studies or marketing materials. Occasionally, we may summarise or paraphrase what you say to create an amazing case study, but we promise never to change the essence of your words. Don’t worry—we’ll always respect your privacy and never share sensitive information without checking with you first.
Sorting Things Out
If you have any issues, such as around payments, let’s agree to chat about it first. We believe in handling things openly and fairly, so we’d like the chance to work things out with you directly. By enrolling onto The Firestarter Programme, you’re agreeing to bring any concerns to us first for a friendly resolution. If we need a bit more help, we’ll go through mediation before any formal disputes.
The Firestarter Programme is provided “as is” and without warranties. We will not be held liable for any damages or losses you may experience. In the unlikely event that liability is imposed, it will be strictly limited to the total fees you’ve paid for the programme.
Tweaks and Keeping Things Fair
We reserve the right to change the programme (usually for the better) or these terms if needed. If we have to make changes, we’ll let you know. And in the rare case of a breach of these terms from you, we reserve the right to terminate your access without refund. But hey, let’s not get there—we’re here to support your journey.

You may cancel an Order that we have accepted or cancel the Contract. If any Specific Terms accompanying the Service contain terms about cancelling the Service, the cancellation policy in the Specific Terms will apply.

- 15.2.1 If the Services are fully performed within the 14 calendar day cooling off period, you will lose your right to cancel after the Services are complete.
- 15.2.2 If you cancel the Services after provision has begun but is not yet complete you will still be required to pay for the Services supplied up until the point at which you inform Us that you wish to cancel. The amount due shall be calculated in proportion to the full price of the Services and the actual Services already provided. Any sums that have already been paid for the Services shall be refunded subject to deductions calculated in accordance with the foregoing. Refunds, where applicable, will be issued within 5 working days and in any event no later than 14 calendar days after you inform Us that you wish to cancel.
- 15.3 Cancellation of Services after the 14 calendar day cooling off period has elapsed shall be subject to the specific terms governing those Services and may be subject to a minimum contract duration.
